Dream Jonas Brothers Set List

Ticketek has posted a Wait-List for the Jonas Brothers which has made my fangirl heart jump out of my chest and gallons of tears stream down my face, in ultimate hope.
As I cross my fingers and toes and hold my breath, waiting for the announcement I’ve dreamed about for the past five years, I’ve started thinking about what my dream set-list would be, should they finally make the trip down here.

My absolute favourite song in the history of ever is Hold On, so if they didn’t play that, I would be pretty disappointed.

It’s obvious that they’ll sing Australia, although I can’t decide whether I’d like it to be the opening song or the closing song. They should just sing it multiple times. And then marry me, because I’m obviously the dream girl they’re singing about.

I’ve waited five years to hear Nick give an A Little Bit Longer Speech, and seeing as I cry watching them on youtube, I think I’d be a beautiful wreck watching it live.

I’d be happy to hear them sing anything, at the end of the day (gosh, I’d be happy to hear them read the business section of the newspaper!), but if I got to control the concert, these are the songs I’d get them to play:

  • Australia
  • Still In Love With You
  • Tonight
  • When You Look Me In The Eyes
  • Wedding Bells
  • Move On
  • Hold On
  • A Little Bit Longer (With Speech)
  • Take A Breath
  • Video Girl
  • Much Better
  • Poison Ivy
  • Black Keys
  • Just Friends
  • Six Minutes
  • That’s Just The Way We Roll
Long term readers of Frangipani Princess would know that the Jonas Brothers have been my ultimate love since I was thirteen, and after being disappointed so many times, this is the closest we’ve come.

If they do make the announcement and come, I am willing to do anything to meet them. And when I say anything, I literally mean anything.

I’ll probably go to every single one of the concerts I can get tickets to, even if it means spending all my money. They have been such an important part of my life, and have helped me overcome so much. Just to be in their presence would be a dream come true. They’re not just a band to me. I have grown up with them. Their music has helped me in my darkest moments, and has also been the source of some of my happiest memories. As much as I love other artists like One Direction, or Taylor Swift, at the end of the day, it’s always been The Jonas Brothers, and will always continue to be.

  1. Everytime I get an email from Ticketek now my heart beats a little faster for a second until I read the description. Can't wait to get the wait no longer email! Good set list choice. I'd definitely wanna see Burnin' Up and Turn Right in there too.
